The New OL is Parisian Chick

Favourite Look of the Day

This is the sort of outfit I would wear to the office on a Thursday or Friday. Except that I don’t work at the office. Oh well, I don’t really need this silk ruffled blouse that would set me back S$800.

Shirt by 3.1 Phillip Lim. Pants by DAY Birger el Mikkelsen. Pumps by Jil Sander. Bangles by Kenneth Jay Lane.

  1. Even though this outfit costs a fortune, it is undeniably a head turning, heart-stopping and pulse-racing perfection.

The blouse has a feminine touch that can help tap into one’s softer side. I am particularly fond of the combination of silky ruffled neckline and the subtle volume on the sleeves. It blends sophistically well with the black slimline hip-waist classic pants.

Don’t you think this priceless outfit is a great desk-to-dinner option?

  2. Hey Joanne, are u kidding? U are going to wear the suite to the office:) Of course u wear this suite confirm looked u looked beatiful and elegant:) My dad told me he saw u at Katong on tuesday before I left singapore:) I came back not long:)

    • Hi Lisa,

If u ever have a chance to visit Vietnam, there are many tailors who can do what you want, don’t ever give them a miss, cos’ you can get nice shirts tailored for you at a much cheaper price. And Vietnam I heard has been known for their silk.
Plus it’s not that far from Singapore, or expensive to fly because there’s Jetstar! 😉

I’ve never been there, but I hope to soon, whether it’s for work or a short vacation!

      Joanne

      • Oh really?!! That’s great! Thank you:D
