今年的农历新年过得有点静，不知道是自己的心情有些灰暗，影响了拜年的情趣，还是大家都有各自的烦恼，在聚会上都少了往年的喜气。唯一不变的就是我的小表弟。小孩的喜悦总是隐藏不了，也很有感染力。所以我特别对我的小表弟情有独钟。因为他是这么的活泼，兴奋，充满生气。看着他，我不禁有所感触。成年人就是有太多包袱，容易被困扰，又很难自我开解。
老处在这样的环境太不健康了，该是找回童真的时候咯！

What you said is so true. Actually since a few years back, I already felt that cny mood for me is not as “happy” as when I was young. and then I saw how my little cousins can find so much joy in the little things they do. I am only 21, but I keep finding myself reminiscing about my childhood, about the simple joys I had then and how cny was such a big and impt event to me then. now, it just went past by the blink of the eye and we are back to normal life. 真不想长大。。。

I totally agree with what you said. When we were young…CNY was a joyous and happy event that we will look forward to. However as we grow older…the mood seems to fade away. More problems come along as we progress in our life…it’s only when we are young when we can be carefree and not worry about so much

I think we don’t wear enough of our own traditional costumes, so I figure in line with reviving flagging cultures, perhaps it’s time to don on our traditional costume and appreciate the beauty of a qipao. 🙂
