What you said is so true. Actually since a few years back, I already felt that cny mood for me is not as “happy” as when I was young. and then I saw how my little cousins can find so much joy in the little things they do. I am only 21, but I keep finding myself reminiscing about my childhood, about the simple joys I had then and how cny was such a big and impt event to me then. now, it just went past by the blink of the eye and we are back to normal life. 真不想长大。。。
Well, u r still young
As young as a children! ^^
Support u oways!!!
i’m in a worse state, i’m only 17 this yr and i’m already thinking abt my childhood days, the carefree and slacking years. makes me feel so old!
Your cousin look really lovely!!
I was thinking how to change the small picture by the side??
Today, i just open a new blog..Hope that u will visit my blog just for a minute if u got time..Its (www.vanilazangel.wordpress.com)..I didn’t had much time to upload the pictures but i will try to..
And also how do u put the smiley face after the message coz i can’t put the smiley face??
The 2 photos are very nice taken!~
Thanks for sharing 🙂
I know you didn’t turn up for the roadshow at Suntec yesterday…
But I still went down to take a look and I didn’t stay for long…
I reached there quite late also….
Frankly speaking, today the crowds were not as many as the previous one at Compass Point..
Have a nice weekend! 😀
I totally agree with what you said. When we were young…CNY was a joyous and happy event that we will look forward to. However as we grow older…the mood seems to fade away. More problems come along as we progress in our life…it’s only when we are young when we can be carefree and not worry about so much
Hi Joanne, is that your children and baby?
hello joanne!! haha why did u wear a cheongsam for CNY? I thought in keeping with e nyonya craze u’ll buy & wear ur very own a sarong kebaya? hahaha just joking. jiayous!
I think we don’t wear enough of our own traditional costumes, so I figure in line with reviving flagging cultures, perhaps it’s time to don on our traditional costume and appreciate the beauty of a qipao. 🙂
hey joanne, the second pic kid look cure when he is looking at u!!
Happy Niu Year… i like u in Little Nyonya….
Maybe u r right….. adults really think too much.
Sometimes, its really good to pen down our thoughts like you.
Little boy is so handsome and little girl likes to look at u so u’re very pretty! haha..
