拍戏时间太长，难免需要一点糖果来提神。看看我的私货，有的吃我就开心了！这些都很好吃！不过一切适可而止哦！
今天一早出外景后，回来进厂，拍一场被泓宇侵犯的戏。虽然应该是很严重的，可是我一直被导演逗得哈哈大笑。因为这个导演喜欢演出来，然后他那色咪咪的表情真的很可爱。结果，我反而拍的好乐，因为每个镜头之后，我都是被导演的示范逗的无法忍受。虽然他看起来很凶，声音也特别大，可是我还是觉得他很搞笑。就这样哈哈的过一天，把一切的不愉快都驱走了。
所以如过你们心情低落，或是无法开朗起来，不妨尝试让自己笑一笑，把烦恼抛到远远的。

I used to snack on chocolates.. all kinds of chocolates such as Ferraro Rocher, M&M, Snickers, Mars, Van Houten blah blah blah… mad about chocolates la.. and my weight ballooned!!! that’s was like during my secondary school days and managed to cut down on them and my weight drop back to normal.. nowadays still mad bout chocs but will watch my diet.. heehee…
too much sweets also not good.. bad for teeth.. later “bo gay” then not pretty le 😡

Well Joanne tidbits is fun to eat but dont eat too much will get stomach upset T.T, you must take care of urself for the upcoming star award! Are u prepared yet? Excited or not? I am sure all of ur fans including me also very excited whether u got de best actress award. Anyways, wateva de outcome is, dont be disappointed or too sad cos in our hearts we know u had done ur best! Outcome doesnt matter as long as you had done ur best. Rmb to take care of urself, dun fall sick!

The last part sometimes very hard to accomplish, I try it before, and the smile is a bit forced, or I just force a smile to make your friends happy, or make the atmosphere feel not too tense. After so many setbacks I faced, sometimes I wondered if there will be one time when my smile is truly genuine, deep from my heart, where I really feel happy with myself that I accomplish something I can be proud of.
Err, just ignore me, sorry for making the mood here so bad. it is just haiz myself.

dont know whether you recall but I worked as a PA in mediacorp in 2004 and did one or two dramas with you. i think its jia cai wan guan. just happened to be catching up on singapore news and stumbled upon your blog, you seem to be getting on really well. anyways, i moved to london a couple years ago and still try to catch up with singapore dramas via mobtv whenever i can and reminisince about those days in the station. lol
